I am Lew Alcindor. I am a part of the Lone Peak Football team but I never actually got to play. I tore my ACL on the first day of practice. After my 2 hour surgery my mom thought I would say stuff that I was depressed, worried, or stressed about because I would be all loopy from the drugs. When they wheeled me into my room I said "doctor whats your favorite color?" After this I realized how blessed I was. That when I was in a low point in my life and most connected to my unconscious the thing I worried about the most was what the doctor's favorite color was. When I realized how blessed I was I discovered that happiness is a choice.
